We played the Smell last night Profcalc, PowerAxe, and WKND takes a break. It was a lot of fun. I got to use my new bass and new amp and it was wonderful, amazing, splendid and exactly how I wanted it to sound. Joel from Therapy Session saved the night and fixed my cord when it broke right before the show. We played lots of new songs and a couple of old ones. Bat Hackwords tried to start a moshpit by slamming into everything while he screamed during Milkquarious. This was after I pushed him into a couch.
Sammy
Hey everybody! It’s been a while since we last updated. We’re getting back into the swing of things since Sammy had his tonsils taken out. We’re playing a show with Sunshine Factory at Tribal Cafe on December 10. They setup the whole show and asked us to play. They’re very nice people. The show starts at 8:00 and it’s free. So come and see some new songs!
Last week was the annual BreakFEST event hosted by Pancakes House Records. It was an incredible event hosted in the perfect location. Everybody had a wonderful time. The show was set outdoors in the backyard of the Zasadny Household and people were served pancakes, eggs, and sausages throughout. Nahneen Kula, Ralph Travis/Lord Buckley/Kinder Bruhl, Nick Houghtaling, Foil Licker, Charles! Yes Charles!, and the Aquarium Club played with us. At the end of the show, we had a big jam session and played a couple of Pavement songs while brutally murdering Creep by Radiohead. It was a blast. Derek Humprey from the band without a set in stone name recorded the entire show. You can listen to it here.
